The organizer of the 10th All Israel Championship was Branch Chief Gleb Rabinovich. He is still young, and is working very hard for the development of the organization.

He is of course still practicing hard himself, and is a Karate-ka who is looking for the True Way of Budo. In connection to this tournament, there was also a Technical Seminar held, in which 70 people (from junior to senior) participated. The Seminar was headed by President Midori, and he taught everything from Kihon to Ido and Kata. Branch Chief Gleb Rabinovich also took part in the seminar and was very serious in his training. Although he is a Branch Chief, he is a person who does not forget the qualities that make a Karate-ka and is still studying the Way. His students are lucky to have such a teacher, and the Israel Branch will most certainly continue to grow under his leadership
